As a local firefighter himself our Pitmaster, Mark Deschner, knows a thing or two about fire and smoke. In 2001 Mark set out to buy his first smoker, and after many years of honing his craft, he finally found that perfect recipe for bringing friends and family together. Now Mark has partnered with other local vendors allowing you to enjoy some barbecue with friends and family, creating unforgettable memories along the way.
